Ary is a seasoned Global HR Professional with more than 25 years of experience in the Asia Pacific region. Within these years of rich and vast experience, he has been leading a couple of big organisation change and transformation projects such as M&A, global restructuring, and digital transformation. Currently, he is the SVP, Global People & Culture for Kopi Kenangan, one of the unicorn F&B company in South East Asia based in Singapore. Prior to this role, he has been in various leadership roles in the Asia Pacific region in a well-known multinational company from diverse industries such as KFC Greater Asia at Yum! Brands, Nestle Indonesia and Danone Groupe. He has an experience in coaching executive level and people that are developing to become the future leader in their organisation, especially to support them in developing better capabilities in people management, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness in supporting the organisation change and transformation in their respective organisation.
