She has lived and worked in 4 countries and her experience spans across multiple regions covering Middle East & North Africa to Asia and Oceania. She built her career leading talent acquisition for large financial institutions such as AIG, SCB and Citi. With proven success in the corporate world Ingrid followed her passion in coaching to launch her own image coaching business which was dedicated to helping people find their confidence and look and feel good about themselves. Currently the APAC Head of Early Careers, Employer Branding and Internal Mobility at Citi – Ingrid enjoys her role that cuts across creating a pipeline of future leaders, strategic branding and harnessing the power of building internal careers.
