She has lived and worked in Los Angeles, Atlanta, DC, London, and Singapore, building and leading high-trust teams across the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa.

Isabel is obsessed with creating consumer-grade experiences for employees. She believes in the power of storytelling – distilling complex ideas in memorable ways that spark insight and compel action. As Director of Talent, Culture and Engagement at Experian, she runs learning & development, diversity & inclusion, leadership and talent programs to enhance performance and drive innovation. Isabel holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Baruch College.
