Tatjana is HR professional with an extensive experience in contemporary HR practices gained through numerous assignments including global talent management at Allianz, Germany, global talent management at Philip Morris International, Switzerland as well as in senior management roles in international environments, including Director of HR in South East Europe at Philip Morris International, Head of HR and Organization at Banca Intesa San Paolo, and the most recent one Senior Human Resources Director for Balkan Cluster in Hemofarm, Stada.

She has been leading the change of organizational culture and the implementation of new working models based on start-up and entrepreneurial way of thinking in order to support companies in maximizing potential of their employees. She holds a Master Degree in Psychology of Excellence obtained in Munich, Germany and is currently enrolled in a PhD program in Management.
