Under her leadership, Ubisoft Singapore earned “Great Place to Work” certification and recognition among Singapore’s Top 250 Best Employers. Her expertise spans culture transformation, talent management, and organisational development, demonstrated through successful implementations of comprehensive leadership development programs and total rewards initiatives.
