Ms Esther Tan currently heads the Marketing, Distribution and Engagement of AIA Vitality in AIA Singapore. AIA Vitality is a comprehensive health and wellness programme, exclusive to AIA individual and corporate customers, aimed to encourage customers to lead Healthier, Longer, Better Lives. In her role, Esther is responsible for driving the membership growth and customers’ engagement with the programme, by launching marketing campaigns, developing corporate wellness offerings and implementing new programme features. This also includes reviewing and onboarding of Vitality partners’ rewards and benefits to strengthen AIA Vitality programme’s proposition.
