Jocelyne Loh is the Chief People Officer at Trust Bank. A human resource (HR) leader with 20 years of experience in the Technology and Consulting sectors, Jocelyne is experienced in Strategic HR and Operations and has a proven track record in delivering impact in a fast-paced organisation.

She started her career as a Total Rewards professional and her deep expertise in this domain has shaped a data approach in driving the People agenda. Prior to joining Trust, she spent over a decade at Accenture where she took on various leadership roles in the APAC and ASEAN regions, including her most recent role as the Associate Director of ASEAN HR. Before Accenture, she was an APAC Compensation & Benefits Consultant at Apple, and Human Capital Consultant at Willis Towers Watson.

Jocelyne majored in Arts, Psychology and Philosophy at the National University of Singapore.
