With expertise spanning HR consulting, business partnering, and operations, I focus on aligning human capital initiatives with commercial imperatives, partnering closely with executive leadership to design and deliver enterprise-wide programmes in organisational design, leadership development, talent attraction and retention, performance enablement and employee wellbeing. I have led transformation efforts that enhanced business performance, elevated employee experience, embedded DE&I into company culture, and created scalable solutions for hybrid and virtual workforces. Underpinned by a foundation in accounting and early-career experience as a tax consultant, I bring financial fluency and commercial acumen to ensure people decisions are data-driven and strategically aligned.
