Narisa Yee is Head of the APAC People Team at PGIM based in Singapore, where she leads the firm’s people strategy and regional HR agenda across Asia Pacific. She partners closely with senior business leaders to advance talent strategy, leadership development, organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, and strategic workforce priorities. Narisa brings deep HR and business partnering experience across financial services, including senior roles at Visa and GIC. She began her career as a Foreign Service Officer with Singapore’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Narisa holds an MBA from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the National University of Singapore.
