Mr. Patrick Tcheng is the Total Rewards Director for South Asia, Pacific, Middle East and North Africa (SAPMENA Zone), responsible for the development and implementation of competitive total rewards strategies for these regions.
Patrick has over 20 years’ experience as an HR Generalist with thorough experience as an HR business partner and in the field of compensation & benefits. Prior to joining L’Oréal, Patrick was with Ingenico, a leading French tech company, where he led the development of the group compensation and benefit function.
Patrick joined L’Oréal Group since 2007 with solid experience in rewards and HR systems. He began his career in L’Oréal SA headquartered in Paris and gathered professional experience further in Asia Pacific, first in Shanghai and then in Hong Kong, at both regional and local markets level, before joining the SAPMENA Zone, headquartered in Singapore.
Patrick graduated from the Sorbonne University in France with a master degree in HR and Communications.
