Priyanka brings 15 years of corporate experience across Deloitte, Novartis, Mindtree, and 3M, where she has led value-enabling interventions in organisation design, strategic workforce planning, talent management, and HR strategy. With a bachelor’s in electrical engineering, an MBA, and an Executive Master in Change from INSEAD, she blends analytical rigour with deep expertise in inclusive change, making it more personal and sustainable in the long term. Her INSEAD publication on Humanising Restructuring Processes reflects her passion for change management, where she has pioneered a model for seamless, fair and meaningful transitions that come in the wake of change.

Priyanka is committed to unleashing the power of organisations through people-centred solutions. Beyond work, she is a certified yoga teacher, toddler mom, Everest Base Camp trekker, Bharatanatyam student, and trained vocalist, all while experimenting new flavours when at leisure in her kitchen. These are pursuits that keep her grounded, resilient, and passionate about championing holistic wellbeing and inclusive cultures at work.
