Originally from the UK, Rabia graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 2001 and has been working in Singapore for the past 14 years. She joined The Integrative Medical Centre because she believes good healthcare comes from a multi-disciplinary approach of highly experienced practitioners.

Providing holistic, evidence-based care to her patients by using hands-on manual therapy such as joint mobilisation and soft tissue work, and the utlisation of corrective exercises and education to treat the source of pain is Rabia’s passion.

She specialises in Women’s Health, Musculoskeletal Conditions, Pre and Post-natal Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates and Mindfulness for Health. Rabia’s Women’s Health experience includes Diastasis Recti Management, Pelvic Floor Dysfunctions, Incontinence and Pelvic Pain.

Rabia enjoys treating complex pain discorders and her approach to Chronic Pain managemnet focuses on using neuroplasticity to re-program and reduce over-active danger signals in the brain and nervous system. Her repertoire includes Therapeutic Neuroscience education, Mindfulness for Pain and Mindful Movement.
