Shree builds the people strategy that lets fast-scaling organisations grow without breaking. Over 18+ years across banking, FinTech, and high-tech, spanning MNCs and start-ups, and a year as Chief People Officer, Shree has partnered with leadership teams across APAC and globally to design the talent, org, and culture infrastructure that turns growth ambition into execution.

Currently as the HR Business Partner at Riot Games, where Shree supports 100+ employees across Publishing and eSports in Singapore, Korea, Japan, Thailand, India, Indonesia, and the Philippines, and led org design for the merger of the Publishing and eSports functions. I also cover Enterprise/corporate functions across 9 APAC markets.

As Chief People Officer at Flow, Shree has led a 15-person HR and quality assurance team supporting a 400-person organisation across Vietnam, Indonesia, India, and Singapore.

Previously scaled Gojek’s Singapore corporate function from double- to triple-digit headcount as Head of Talent Acquisition, and built out HR business partnership for both corporate and HR functions internationally.

Outside the corporate world, Shree is a keynote speaker and a genuinely curious, occasionally contrarian voice in HR. She tends to ask “why” more than most people find comfortable, and her opinion is that’s exactly what good HR leadership requires.
