With his extensive human resource and consultancy experience, Toi Chia held key positions in government-linked organisations and multinational corporations and worked in various countries around the world. He was previously the Chief Corporate and Human Resources Officer at Certis, where he led people, strategy, organisation transformation and development, strategic marketing and brand management, communications and corporate social responsibility. Toi Chia has also served as a consultant at Heidrick & Struggles, a global executive search and leadership consulting firm.

Toi Chia is a certified coach and a Board Member of the School of the Arts, Singapore. He holds a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, United Kingdom.
