Toyin, Head of Inclusion and Diversity for Visa Asia Pacific, leads the Inclusion and Diversity strategy development and execution for 19 countries in the AP region. With over 17 years of experience across five continents, she excels in adapting global strategies to address local challenges. Toyin has lived in six countries and views herself as a global citizen. She began her career at Shell, in finance and corporate strategy and later went on to lead strategic Inclusion and Diversity projects. Toyin holds a master’s from Harvard and an MBA from Queen’s University. Personally, she is married to a corporate lawyer, has two kids, and enjoys traveling, having visited 48 countries.
