Don has more than 20 years of experience in strategic and transformational HR, supporting both public and private sector organisations. He is a hands-on leader who helps management navigate highly complex operating environments and fast-changing manpower landscapes. <\/p>\n

He is resourceful and commercially focused and has strong interpersonal skills. He has a strong track record in planning and driving key HR and operational initiatives. <\/p>\n

Don has a degree in Arts and Social Sciences (History), 2nd Class Upper Hons, from the National University of Singapore and is a certified IHRP Senior Professional. <\/p>\n

Don enjoys spending time with his family, and likes to read, run and reminisce (but not necessarily in that order). <\/p>\n
