A passionate business partner and a champion of employee wellbeing, Cheeman Mendonca is the Regional Human Resources Director for the Asia Pacific region at Mölnlycke Health Care, a world-leading medical solutions company with a purpose of advancing healthcare performance across the world.
Before this, he worked with top-notch pharmaceutical MNCs such as GlaxoSmithKline and Novartis Consumer Health. During the joint venture between GSK and Novartis, he led several work streams across Asia, including the employee relations work stream and the country co-ordination work stream which oversaw employee transfers.
His expertise lies in talent management, leadership development and capability building, driving a high-performance culture and organisational transformation and restructuring.
