Lucy Tan is the Chief Human Resource Officer of NatSteel Holdings, across the geographies it operates in. She is also the Chairman of the Total Workplace Safety and Health committee, actively promoting a holistic environment for employees to work safely, stay healthy, and improve the overall wellbeing of employees.
She has more than 25 years of experience as a business-focused HR leader and a results-driven business partner to senior management and business leaders across various global MNCs in the financial, consultancy and manufacturing industries.
She derives personal satisfaction in developing young talent, grooming future leaders, strengthening the organisational capability and building high performance teams.
