Sean Ho is the Managing Director for Medical Benefits Management Services at Fullerton Health. He oversees the growth and development of the business division in both new business and account management from multinational to small-medium sized corporates, providing advisory and third-party administration services for their employee benefits needs.

An insurance and employee benefits veteran, and an actuary by training with 17 years of experience, he spent 11 years at Tokio Marine Life Insurance Singapore where he held several key positions as head of department, which included strategic initiatives, group insurance, actuarial services and corporate planning. He started his career in 2002 at AIA, where he honed his actuarial skills.

He holds a bachelor of business degree in actuarial science from Nanyang Technological University, as well as master of science in actuarial management from Cass Business School.
