Hayly Leung is the Chief Executive Officer of the Hong Kong Retirement Schemes Association and RetireHK. A seasoned HR executive with leadership experience across Asia, the UK, and Europe, she previously held dual group leadership roles at Jardine Matheson, overseeing people strategy, executive compensation, workforce planning, employee benefits, and she founded the Group’s first holistic wellness programme. She also held a global role at BT Group plc.

In addition, Hayly contributes to public service through advisory roles with AFRC, the Hospital Authority, HK Baptist University, the Employees Retraining Board, and other industry bodies, championing wellbeing, youth development, and workforce readiness.
