Michael began his insurance career at Bupa, where he built a strong foundation in health and employee benefits solutions. He later held Business Development roles at WTW and Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB), working closely with HR leaders to design and deliver strategic, sustainable employee benefits programmes.

In his role at Howden, Michael focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and driving cross‑selling opportunities across different business lines. He also actively generates new prospects through marketing initiatives and client events, strengthening market presence and expanding engagement with HR decision makers.

Michael plays a key role in client onboarding, project implementation, and ongoing advisory across employee benefits, broking, and flexible benefits solutions. By leveraging Howden’s data analytics capabilities and broader specialist resources, and working closely with the client servicing teams, Michael supports HR clients in achieving their employee benefits programme objectives through informed decision making, seamless delivery, and effective execution.
