Michael Khan is the Chief Executive Officer of Cigna Healthcare Hong Kong, where he leads the growth and performance of the company’s employer health benefits and individual health businesses. In this role, he focuses on delivering customer‑centric, sustainable health solutions that address the evolving needs of employers, employees and individuals in Hong Kong.

Before joining Cigna Healthcare, Michael held senior leadership roles across Hong Kong, Singapore and London, with broad experience in the insurance sector. His background also includes strategic leadership and advisory work supporting organizations operating in regulated and complex market environments. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Portsmouth.
