Previously, Tommy served as Regional Vice President at a vision care health insurance company operating in the United States, Australia, Canada, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. He successfully spearheaded their market entry strategy for Hong Kong, Singapore, and China, establishing the company’s first Asia presence outside the U.S. market. During this time, he forged strategic partnerships with conglomerate benefit leaders, multinational insurers, and international benefit consultants.
