Jeff Lee serves as Agoda’s Chief People Officer and oversees the company’s people initiatives in more than 40 offices worldwide. He has led the design of processes, implementation of systems and tools, and shift to more data-driven people function to enable and support a four times growth in Agoda’s employee base during his five years at Agoda. He was previously a McKinsey consultant focused on operations and organisation design topics.

Jeff started his career in the U.S. Government where he was a diplomat in Beijing and later, in the White House where he specialised in U.S.-China trade matters. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a MA and a BA from Stanford University.
