Kevin Tan has been with Harrison Assessments Int’l for 24 years. He has more than two decades of assessments and talent management consulting experience, specialising in the application of the Harrison Assessments’ behavioural profiling tool for individual, team and organisation development.
He has developed and initiated innovative leadership assessment solutions for clients to help with the growth of their businesses both locally and regionally. Combining his in-depth experience in strategic business solutions and developing leadership capability through insights from the assessments, he provides clients with strategic talent advisory and development implementations that contribute directly to business objectives and outcomes.
He is an executive coach for C-level leaders with several global MNC clients. He also has a bachelor of accounting and finance from Australia and worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers in audit and business advisory. He is trained in the Dale Carnegie Personal Management programme from Australia and is also an accredited master trainer for Harrison Assessments.
