As the human resources director of Southeast Asia with LexisNexis Malaysia, Sharon Chiew is responsible for providing strategic leadership and the operational implementation of human resource strategies relating to the attraction, retention, development and management of staff in the Southeast Asia region.

Before she joined LexisNexis, she was with Dell Global Business Centre for about 10 years as the regional HR business partner supporting the Asia Pacific corporate functions at Dell Global Business Centre Asia Pacific before taking up the position as the human capital management director with Pen Apparel.

She is a strong believer that continuous learning and developing oneself is a never-ending game. To help oneself to remember what you have learned is to teach someone else the knowledge.
