Subetra Maruthamuthu, fondly known as Sue, has more than two decades of working experience in regional sales, business development and human resources for both local and multinational companies in various industries in Malaysia. Some of the companies that Sue has had the privilege to be attached to are PwC, Limkokwing University, The Centre of Applied Data Science and she is now with Infinity Blockchain Ventures, a multinational company specialising in blockchain. Sue holds a Law Degree from the University of London, a Certificate in Competing on Business Analytics and Big Data from Harvard Business School and a Master’s Degree in International Business from the University of East London.

Sue’s HR experience and passion lies in successfully identifying and directing organisational strategic and operational planning and development, challenging the HR status quo and creating better ways of implementing HR solutions through integrated strategic human resource management, organisation development, working culture, change management and digital revolution to achieve the business goals and objectives, and along the way creating a fun environment for people to work in.

Sue is very passionate about people, technology, continuous learning, skills diversity and employee experience and develops initiatives to promote a culture of high performance aligned to corporate strategies. For her leisure time, Sue loves travelling, scuba diving and enjoying local food with fellow food enthusiasts.
