Jan Pambid
Head of Human Resources, Avon Malaysia
Jan Pambid has more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources gained from various industries including manufacturing, supply chain, semiconductor and consumer goods. Originally from Manila, he joined Avon Philippines in 2006 where he was able to move around all functions in HR and led several successful and award-winning HR projects. Since January 2017, he is on international assignment as Head of HR for Avon Malaysia. Jan understands the need for HR to evolve itself with the current as well as emerging technologies to keep up and be able to play a more strategic role in the business.
