Terri Chan is the Head of Marketing at HealthMetrics, a cloud enterprise software that enables HR teams to digitalise, streamline and automate the management of employee benefits with intelligent reporting and analytics to deliver top-class employee experiences resulting in healthier and more productive workplaces.
Before HealthMetrics, she was in regional marketing and communications, business development and finance, in the medical, renewable energy, water and waste sectors.
She is a strong proponent of holistic strategies, sustainability and the ESG philosophy. She led the development of the triple bottom line framework which incorporates economic, environmental and social impact scoring as an investment index framework; which has been showcased globally and reviewed by the likes of the World Bank, IFC and Institutional Investors.
She graduated from International Medical University Malaysia, and has a master of business administration in international business from University of East London.
