Jyoti Mishra is a business and people growth specialist, who has led senior executive roles at MNCs. She is also a certified business coach and passionate about people development. 

She now heads the client relationships function at LSF Global, which specialises in providing HR solutions for organisations across multiple industries in Singapore, China, Hong Kong and India.

Before joining LSF Global, she successfully co-founded Bay Express, a logistics solutions company with 750 employees in India. Her expertise has been built on a multitude of corporate experiences acquired by investing more than 13 years in the logistics, hospitality and pharmaceutical industries (with companies such as DHL and Eli Lilly) where she led business growth.
