Coming from a diverse background spanning academia, creative arts, non-profit and corporate, Marina Vogt is Fung Group’s Engagement Lead and Chief Happiness Officer. Having designed a number of happiness initiatives both for the online and offline spaces, she has also been involved in strategic HR projects on the “human touch” for the employee journey as part of the group’s digital transformation.
She is now the Lead for the Li & Fung Foundation with responsibilities in community engagement and employee engagement, focusing on creating a greater sense of belonging for colleagues across the Fung Group and engaging its 42,000 people across the globe.
