Iain Jones is a senior leader in Fidelity’s US-based international benefits consulting team that supports multinational clients throughout North America. He joined the company in 2018, having previously worked for WTW for over 18 years where he held a variety of leadership positions.

Iain works with multinational companies in a variety of areas and industries to help effectively align their global benefits strategies with their business needs. Particular areas of expertise include:

• Global benefits strategy and supporting governance, including to benefits committees
• Management of vendors, other consulting firms and brokers in implementing strategies
• Acquisition, merger and restructuring planning and implementation
• Design and implementation of rewards programs – both global and country-specific compensation and benefit programs
• Accounting for benefit plans (as a global actuary) and global oversight of retirement plans
• Advisor on global benefit programs (including multinational pooling, BTA and international risk programs)
• Lead consultant for globally managed benefit assignments, including global brokerage and strategic consulting
• Advisor on compensation and benefit structures for internationally mobile employees
• Total rewards approaches for multinational companies.
• Global financial wellness strategy and implementation.

Iain holds a B.Econ.Sc. and is a Fellow of the Faculty of Actuaries in Scotland. He is based in Knoxville, TN.
