Karen began her IT Sales career at SAP in 2007 as its Public Sector and Higher Education Business Development Manager. She then moved to the APJ Commercial Sales organization and held various positions from Sales Operations to Senior Director Business Operations.
In 2017, she was appointed as Country Director, Human Resources for Schneider Electric Singapore. Her HR career is uniquely positioned in the industry, leveraging from her astute business acumen. In the beginning of 2018, she had an expanded role to cover Schneider Electric East Asia Japan’s Field Services as its HR business leader.
She has been the Country HR Director for Schneider Electric Singapore since June 2017. Karen graduated from Queensland University of Technology (Brisbane) with a Bachelor of Business Management (Distinction).
