In this newly created global role at Philips, Leon Kwang leads TA innovation by curating, selecting and deploying cutting-edge technologies and methods across the talent acquisition value chain. Before this appointment, he led and evolved Philips’ talent sourcing function into today’s strategic capabilities TA team, and talent research services.
Underpinned by the use of CRM methodologies, analytics, competitor and talent intel, he has led TA transformations with the likes of SAP and Credit Suisse by leveraging his 15 years of experience in agency, in-house, RPO and CRM solutions.
