Adeline Looi has been in the space of business and talent development for over 20 years, spanning multiple industries and continents including Europe & Middle-East and Asia Pacific. She has recently relocated to be based in Hong Kong & Singapore, heading up the Talent function for Estee Lauder Companies in the region, part because she is passionate about this region, and partially to be closer to her family.

Starting out as a chemical engineer within a male dominated space of STEM, she successfully built teams and leaders and continues to be a strong advocate for female executives at the table. Change, agility to pivot and keep growing has been her mantra, as she took on roles in various geographies across change management, M&A reorganization, brand management and human resources. Leveraging her experience in the commercial organization of various Fortune 500 companies, and her cultural diversity, today, she is passionate to drive leadership interventions for executives that deliver holistic value to the person and true impact to the business.

In her previous scope, she was the Global Head of Integrated Leadership Development & Talent Assessment with Nestlé where she led the strategy on leadership development for employees worldwide as well as succession and pipeline at the executive level at the very top.

She is currently the Senior Director of Talent driving the strategic HR priorities for the Asia Pacific region across the integrated talent and learning space and continues to be a global strengths-based credentialed coach with the International Coaching Federation, and a mentor to young female professionals in emerging markets.
