Aisling Gormley is Director of Human Resources and Brand for Catalyst Lifestyle, a global leader in the innovation, design, and manufacturing of lifestyle accessories, headquartered in Hong Kong.

Aisling began her career in Behavioural Therapy in Liverpool before moving to China in 2004 where she joined the team at EF Education First, a world leader in international education. During her 13-year tenure at EF, Aisling held a variety of regional operational roles until 2013 when she became Production Director for China. Aisling also serves as a mentor to young women in all aspects of business.
