Amelie Shen is responsible for the strategic direction and operation of its corporate business. She advocates the innovative total solutions business model “Group Insurance – Pension – Individual Voluntary Solutions” which takes holistic care of employers, employee members and their families during their employment and retirement, setting a new benchmark for the industry. Before assuming her current role, Amelie was Director of Regional Corporate Solutions at AIA Group. Since joining AIA in 2002, she has held multiple management roles in strategy, distribution, product and marketing functions across various locations including China, Hong Kong and Korea.
