Anita Chan is the Head of Learning & Development of Midland Holdings Limited, a leading and comprehensive property agency company which brokers buy-and-sell and rental transactions in Hong Kong. She is also the Vice President of Estate Agent Management Association which actuates the professionalism of property agency industry.

Anita is an expert in talent transformation, business development, digitalization and recruitment brand building. She started her training career in Manulife International Limited and changed to the business development role to build the bancassurance channel. A few years later, she joined Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, UFJ, Limited to lead Sales Planning, Marketing & Training teams. To look for new challenges, she moved to Prudential Hong Kong Limited as Director, Partnership Sales Training. Before joining Midland Holdings Limited, she worked in AIA International Limited as the Head of Business Training & Development, Agency Best Practice Advisor.

Anita holds a BBA (Hons), Office Management degree from the Hong Kong Baptist University, and is recently taking her EMBA in the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
