Annaliza Woo is an enthusiastic, self-driven and people centric HR professional who possesses over 18 years of Human Resources experience in driving strategic and transformative HR change for organizations in the luxury Retail space. A business enabling HR focusing on delivering HR solutions to drive business objective in the Asia region.

Currently, Annaliza serves as the Head of HR, Asia for Aesop, a Melbourne based skincare, body care and fragrance brand, where she drives the overall people and culture agenda to support the region growth. In this role she covers markets of Greater China, Japan and Korea as well as South East Asia and overseeing areas of people development, people experience, DE&I, talent acquisition, people operations and organization development. Prior to joining Aesop, Annaliza has worked extensively with Tapestry, a New York based fashion accessories group with brands of COACH, kate spade & Stuart Weitzman, where she worked predominately in the Talent/ HRBP space for 9 years covering the Asia region. In that capacity she also has gained enormous experience in M&A transactions and integration processes.

Annaliza speaks fluent Mandarin, English and Cantonese. She grew up in Hong Kong, and has spent time living and working aboard in Australia and Shanghai for 7 years before returning home in Hong Kong in Oct 2020.
