Prior to his current role, Ben worked in Egon Zehnder, a global consultancy in c-suite executive searches and leadership advisory, as Co-Head Greater China Banking Practice.
Ben obtained his MBA, with distinction, from INSEAD in France and Singapore, and a Computer Science degree from University of Hong Kong. He is President of INSEAD Alumni Association in Hong Kong.
