Calvin Lee Kwan brings 18 years of diverse experience to his leadership of award-winning teams in Sustainability and Risk Governance at Link Asset Management. His dual responsibilities function as strategic corporate guideposts: sustainability serves as the organization’s north star for long-term value creation, while risk governance provides the operational guardrails for performance and compliance.

Guided by his “Business as Mutual” philosophy, Kwan has mobilized over $30B USD in sustainable finance. His initiatives have generated $10M HKD in annual renewable energy revenue and saved $125M HKD in annual operating expenses. He is adept at identifying emerging challenges, crafting agile responses that align with diverse stakeholder expectations, and excelling in translating sustainability and ESG complexities into clear investment narratives.

A recognized leader in the industry, Kwan chairs the PRI Real Estate Advisory Group, focusing on global and APAC-specific challenges in sustainability and risk governance. He also serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor at HKUST’s School of Business & Management and Division of Environment & Sustainability.

Kwan holds an Executive MBA from Northwestern-HKUST, a PhD in Environmental Science and Engineering from UCLA, a Juris Doctorate from CUHK, and has received multiple certifications and awards in sustainability and environmental management.
