Charlotte Chan is the Head of HK Global Platform Solutions and Head of Hong Kong at Fidelity, where she leads the growth of the business, overseeing distribution, client delivery, and operations. She also promotes retirement planning and industry development in Hong Kong, representing Fidelity on key associations such as the Pension Schemes Association, the Hong Kong Retirement Schemes Association, and the Hong Kong Investment Funds Association.

With over 20 years of experience in investment advice, Charlotte has held significant roles at Fidelity, including Portfolio Strategist for North Asia, Director for Hong Kong’s defined contribution business, and Investment Director for the institutional business. Prior to joining Fidelity, she worked at Manulife Asset Management, Citigroup, GAM, and Merrill Lynch in investment analysis and advisory. She holds a Master of Science in Statistics from Stanford University, a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Honours) and Statistics from the University of Michigan, and holds CFA and CAIA certifications.
