With nearly two decades of experience spanning engineering services and nuclear, management consulting, investment banking, and asset management, she partners with senior leaders to build high-performing teams, develop future talent, and strengthen organisational effectiveness.

Prior to joining AtkinsRéalis, Cindy led Human Capital Management for Oliver Wyman in Greater China, managed Asia operations at Asiya Investments, and served as APAC Business Manager at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Cindy holds an MBA from the University of Hong Kong and is deeply committed to fostering professional growth and social impact in the workplace.
