Denise is a seasoned general management professional, is currently General Manager–Learning and HR Transformation in MTR Corporation and has responsibilities over training and development interventions as well as HR digital transformation projects. Prior to this role, she has held senior roles in strategy, audit, finance and project management. Denise possesses degrees in engineering and business administration, is a Certified Internal Auditor and a Chartered Engineer.

Denise is an Independent Board member of the English School Foundation. She has an interest in education and enjoys working with and for young people.
