Dorothy Chan is the Vice President, Skills Transformation Global Project Lead at Schneider Electric. She leads the skills transformation ambition of Schneider to define the strategy on skills management to identify, assess and develop business-critical skills for future growth, and to support employees to develop to their fullest potential.

Dorothy is an experienced HR leader in the areas of talent management, talent acquisition, learning and development, HR business partnering, organization development and change management. Prior to joining Schneider, she held a number of global and regional HR leadership roles in BASF in Hong Kong and Germany. She is instrumental in shaping talent management and workforce strategy, with strong expertise in high potential development and leadership development.
