As Group Chief People Officer of Hop Lun Group, she leads people and culture strategies for a global workforce of over 30,000 employees across Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Americas. She is widely recognised for driving organisational transformation, talent development, and inclusive leadership across diverse industries and cultures.

An Oxford graduate, DBA holder, educator, and international speaker, Dr Sabrina Tin has taught and spoken at universities and professional organisations across Asia and the United States. Passionate about developing people and organisations, she is currently pursuing advanced studies in Counselling and Theology, reflecting her belief that leadership is most powerful when grounded in purpose, wellbeing, and human potential. In 2026, Dr Sabrina Tin was recognised as a finalist in the Stevie® Awards for Women in Business, one of the world’s premier awards programs celebrating outstanding women leaders, and was the sole finalist representing Hong Kong SAR in the Female Executive of the Year Awards for Asia, Australia or New Zealand category.
