Holman is the Group Head of Talent & Capability of DFI Retail Group, a leading pan-Asian retailer, where he is responsible for Talent Management, Leadership Development and Organisation Capability Building for the Group.

Holman is a dynamic HR practitioner with experience driving Culture Transformation, Regional HR Business Partnering and Learning & Development. Prior to DFI, he worked for AXA Hong Kong & Macau, Cathay Pacific, and AIA Group.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of Manchester.
