With over 20 years of experience in management consulting and industry leadership, she brings deep expertise in talent management, operating model and organisational design, behavioural change management, HR transformation, and change leadership.

Ilaria is passionate about learning, driving results, and building effective teams that thrive in dynamic and complex environments. She is particularly excited about exploring and leveraging local HR trends and customs in the diverse regions she oversees, using these insights to enhance her impact on PMI globally. As a mother of two, Ilaria balances a demanding career with family life and is dedicated to charitable causes like the Myotubular Myopathy Trust. She is also a strong advocate for empowering young female talent in the workplace.
