Jirawat is the Head of Learning Technology at Central Retail Corporation where his responsibilities include overseeing innovative learning interventions such as gamified learning, video-based training, virtual workshop, podcast for learning, etc. Prior to his current role, he worked with companies in various sectors over the past 11 years from QSR, telco, higher education, NGOs, airlines, to real estate marketing on enabling learning accessibility at scale and establishing learning management systems.

Jirawat received his Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design and Development with emphasis on online environment from Brigham Young University – Hawaii where he got to embrace the diverse and intercultural student body of 70 countries from across the Pacific. Though he regretted not learning to surf while in the Hawaiian ocean, surfing became his passion for sports as he committed to it by owning two surfboards in his home 6 thousand miles from his dream surfing destination.
