Heading the Organisation Performance and Learning Development team, Ken-Ni lives and breathes all things people development every day. Equipped with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (major in Human Resource Development) from UKM, HR accreditations such as Performance Management Professional, Hogan Certified practitioner, Certified Design Thinking practitioner under the LUMA institute, he is passionate in building and enabling internal talents to reach their fullest potential through innovative and future forward talent development strategies, challenging the current talent development practices to remain relevant and competitive in today’s marketplace.

Prior to joining AXA Affin GI, Ken-Ni depth of experience gathered from a Learning and Development role with an International Bank, providing expertise in a regional level on talent agenda covering 20 countries in Asia Pacific, coached employees and line managers on learning development tools to take accountability of their own learning journey.
